Dobrý den,
zkuste postupovat dle našeho článku HyperOS tipy a triky: Co dělat, když mobil nedostal aktualizaci? Pokud to nepovede ke kýženému výsledku a telefon nebude možné aktualizovat na aktuální verzi, pak bych doporučil jít cestou reklamace.
Přeji hezký den.
